Negotiation
seminars
In addition to individual
coaching in conducting and preparing negotiations, we also offer,
on a regular basis, seminars/workshops entitled "Successful negotiation".
These are brief seminars lasting 3-4 hours and are aimed at associations,
interest groups, and companies.
Key issues addressed in
the seminars include:
- Presentation of different
negotiating models
- Fundamental rules for communication
- The Harvard Principle
- Preparation of negotiations
- Stages of negotiation
- Critical negotiating situations
The seminar includes practical
exercises that can be adapted to suit each respective group of participants.
The seminar is designed
for 8-12 participants. The price including seminar documents is €
1,500.00 plus the statutory rate of value added tax.
